PROCEDIMIENTO. Recibida por el Ministerio la resolución y la actuación surtida por el alcalde, el Ministerio de inmediato y con prelación a cualquier otro asunto, deberá resolver el amparo dentro del término improrrogable de veinte (20) días, siempre y cuando no haya lugar a pruebas. La providencia que expida el Ministro no será susceptible de recurso alguno.
