SANCION POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA DECISION. Si ejecutoriada la providencia del Ministerio, continuaren las actividades ilegales, acciones o perturbaciones, el alcalde podrá imponer multas hasta por cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales a favor del tesoro nacional, convertibles en arresto a razón de diez (10) días por cada salario mínimo mensual. Contra esta decisión no procederá recurso alguno.
