PRACTICA DE LA INSPECCION ADMINISTRATIVA. Verificada la notificación, la inspección administrativa se practicara dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes. A ella podrán comparecer las partes y se practicarán las pruebas que hubieren sido decretadas, pero no se admitirá a los presuntos perturbadores prueba diferente a la certificación expedida por el registro minero, así como las demás pruebas que determinen su identificación.
