NOTIFICACION AL OCUPANTE O PERTURBADOR. La providencia a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será notificada personalmente al ocupante o perturbador dentro de los das (2) días siguientes a la fecha de su expedición; de no ser posible, se fijará un edicto por tres (3) días en un lugar visible de la alcaldía. En ambas casos, se hará saber al perturbador u ocupante que deberá ejercer su defensa, invocado los medios aptos para ello, durante la práctica de la inspección administrativa.
