INADMISIBILIDAD Y RECHAZO DE LA QUEJA. El funcionario declarará inadmisible la queja, dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a su presentación, cuando no reúna los requisitos a que se refiere el artículo 276. En este caso, el funcionario señalara los defectos de que adolezca, para que el quejoso los subsane en el término de dos (2) días y si no lo hace, la rechazará.
