SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL. Con la queja podrá solicitarse la suspensión provisional de los actos de ejercicio ilegal de actividades mineras, perturbación u ocupación, para lo cual deberá presentar la prueba sumaria que indique su existencia o inminencia. Dicha solicitud se resolverá de plano y se practicará la suspensión dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a su presentación.
