REQUISITOS DE LA QUEJA. La queja mediante la cual se inicie la acción de amparo descrita en los artículos anteriores se presentará personalmente al alcalde, con los siguientes requisitos

1.

Nombre e identificación del quejoso, beneficiario del título minero.

2.

Prueba de la existencia del título minero.

3.

Relación de los hechos perturbatorios y fecha de su ocurrencia.
