ACCION DE AMPARO ADMINISTRATIVO POR OCUPACION O PERTURBACION MINERA. El beneficiario de un título minero o quien válidamente derive sus derechos de éste, podrá solicitar que se impida en ejercicio ilegal de actividades minera, la ocupación de hecho o cualquier otro acto perturbatorio, actual o inminente contra el derecho que consagra el título. Además tendrá derecho a que se le indemnice por el infractor de todo perjuicio.
