ACTOS DEL DELEGATARIO. Los actos que ejecute la entidad o funcionario de cualquier naturaleza, orden o jerarquía en ejercicio de las funciones delegadas por el Ministerio, se considerarán como actos administrativos de carácter nacional. Contra ellos cabrá únicamente el recurso de reposición y surtido éste se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa.
