OBLIGACION DE LA ENTIDAD DELEGATORIA. La delegación que tenga por objeto el trámite y resolución de títulos mineros o de actos sometidos al Registro Minero, impone a la entidad delegataria la obligación de atender y aplicar los métodos, sistemas, procesos y ayudas técnicas de información y coordinación que adopte el Ministerio.
