DELEGACION A ENTIDADES SECCIONALES Y LOCALES. Los trámites de los negocios mineros y la expedición de los actos administrativos que los definan podrán delegarse por el Ministerio en las gobernaciones, intendencias, comisarías y municipios. También podrán delegarse en corporaciones de desarrollo regional que tengan entre sus fines las actividades mineras.
