DELEGACION INTERNA DE FUNCIONES. Las actuaciones y trámites internos que deban ejecutarse en el Ministerio de Minas y Energía en cumplimiento de las funciones que este Código y las demás leyes le señalan, podrán ser asignados a las unidades y funcionarios de ese despacho hasta el nivel de Jefes de Sección. Esta asignación podrá hacerse tanto para el trámite de los negocios como para los actos finales definitivos.
