MEDIDAS DE ADMINISTRACION. En su calidad de administrador de los recursos mineros, el Ministerio expedirá todos los actos que otorguen títulos mineros y los que exijan la vigilancia y supervisión de las obligaciones de orden técnico, económico y operativo emanados de dichos títulos y los que impidan la explotación ilegal de los yacimientos, depósitos y minas, bien porque se realice por el interesado fuera de los linderos del correspondiente título o con carencia de éste.
