CLAUSULAS GENERAL DE COMPETENCIA. Además de las funciones que corresponden al Ministerio de Minas y Energía de conformidad con lo establecido en este Código, conocerá de todos los asuntos administrativos que tengan relación directa y principal con la industria minera en todas sus ramas, en cuanto no estén asignados por la ley a otra autoridad.
