REGISTRO DE PEQUEÑOS MINEROS. En el Ministerio se llevará el registro permanente de los pequeños mineros a quienes haya de prestar solos en forma prioritaria, asistencia técnica, con los fines señalados en el artículo anterior. Esta asistencia podrá ser gratuita e incluirá la asesoría legal para obtener el título minero y para el ejercicio y cumplimiento de los derechos y obligaciones emanados del mismo.
