CONTRAPRESTACION EN FAVOR DEL MUNICIPIO DE QUIPAMA. A partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente Código el Municipio de Quipama, en el Departamento de Boyacá, tendrá también derecho a percibir una contraprestación económica del dos y medio por ciento (2.5%), la cual será liquidada por el Ministerio sobre el valor de los contratos, pagada por la Empresa Colombiana de Minas -ECOMINAS- y estará sujeta a las obligaciones sobre el destino de las sumas recibidas establecidas para los demás municipios productores de esmeraldas.
