REGALIAS EN EXPLOTACIONES DE MINERALES METALICAS. Las regalías por explotaciones de minerales metálicos en concesión y aporte, serán equivalente al tres por ciento (3%) del precio de venta del mineral en bruto, puesto en boca de mina o en plaza, cuando el nivel de producción anual sea superior a cien mil (100.000 toneladas. Cuando este nivel sea inferior a cien mil (100.000) toneladas no habrá lugar a dicha participación.
