REGALIAS EN ALUVIONES DE METALES PRECIOSOS. Las regalías en las concesiones de metales preciosos de aluvión serán del tres por ciento (3%) del producto bruto y se liquidarán y pagarán en especie o en su equivalente en moneda legal colombiana o en dólares a elección del Gobierno.
