CANON SUPERFICIARIO. Las licencias de exploración en proyecto de gran minería, pagaran un canon superficiario equivalente a un (1) salario mínimo día, por hectárea y por cada año. Este pago se hará por anualidades anticipadas y se empezará a contar a partir de la notificación de la resolución o una vez suscrito el contrato que confiere el derecho. Esta obligación cesará al iniciar la explotación comercial de los yacimientos. El canon superficiario se liquidará y pagará por la extensión que abarca el título, aunque toda o parte de la superficie sea de propiedad particular.
