CONTRAPRESTACIONES ECONOMICAS. Las contraprestaciones económicas que percibe el Estado a cargo de las personas a quienes se otorga el derecho a explorar o explotar recursos minerales, constituyen una retribución directa por el aprovechamiento económico de dichos bienes de propiedad nacional. Para todos los efectos, los impuestos específicos a que se refiere el presente Código, se consideran también contraprestaciones económicas.
