DELEGACION. Las empresas administradoras podrán delegar en entidades públicas territoriales, en corporaciones regionales, en otras entidades descentralizadas; en entidades financieras o en organizaciones gremiales suficientemente representativas del correspondiente sector minero, funciones de recaudación, manejo e inversión de recursos de los fondos. Los términos y modalidades de esa delegación se especificarán en los acuerdos que se suscriban con las entidades delegatarias.
