OBJETO DE LOS FONDOS. Podrán crearse fondos de fomento para toda actividad minera o fondos especializados para uno o varios tipos de minería; igualmente podrá asignarse a los fondos que se creen el fomento de uno o varios minerales afines. También podrán crearse fondos dedicados al fomento de varios tipos de minería o de minerales para que inicialmente concreten su actividad a alguna o algunas de ellas y paulatinamente la extiendan a otras, cuando a juicio de la entidad administradora, se den las condiciones económicas y operativas apropiadas.
