REEMBOLSOS. Cuando la entidad administradora optare por invertir con cargo a su propio presupuesto, en obras y trabajos mineros, cuya financiación estuviere prevista en el presupuesto del fondo, podrá reembolsarse de dicha inversión con los recursos de aquél, en las condiciones y plazos que señalen el Consejo o Junta directiva.
