CONTABILIDAD. El Ministerio o la entidad descentralizada administradora de los fondos, registrará los correspondientes ingresos y gastos mediante un sistema confiable que asegure su debida separación de la contabilidad de los ingresos y gastos propios. La cuenta especial a través de la cual se manejen los recursos de los fondos, será auditada por la Contraloría General de la República con el mismo personal que tenga a su cargo la vigilancia fiscal de la entidad administradora.
