USOS COMUNITARIOS. Las vías de tránsito y transporte, así como las obras de acueducto, energía y demás obras de infraestructura, para el uso humano, construidos por el titular de las correspondientes servidumbres, podrán ser usadas por terceros en cuanto no perjudiquen o estorben el regular funcionamiento de la empresa minera y la satisfacción de las necesidades de esta, previo acuerdo entre las partes sobre tarifas.
