PRESERVACION Y RESTAURACION DE BIENES. El explorador o explotador está en la obligación de restaurar en cuanto sea técnica y económicamente posible, los terrenos y demás bienes inmuebles destruidos o deteriorados por el ejercicio de las servidumbres, sin perjuicio de las obligaciones indemnizatorias establecidas en este Código en favor de sus dueños o poseedores.
