COMUNICACIONES. Inherente a la servidumbre de ocupación de la superficie o en forma separada, el beneficiario de el título minero goza de la servidumbre de comunicación, consistente en la facultad de ocupar los terrenos necesarios para instalar los equipo; y sistemas apropiados para dicha operación o para pasar sobre dichos terrenos los elementos y líneas de conducción correspondientes.
