VISITA. El beneficiario de un título de explotación tiene derecho a visitar e inspeccionar las explotaciones subterráneas, vecinas o contiguas, con el objeto de prevenir inundaciones, derrumbes u otros accidentes que puedan eventualmente perjudicar las suyas y, para evitar que otros titulares se internen en las obras y trabajo propios.
