OCUPACION DE TERRENOS. El título minero faculta al interesado para ocupar las zonas de terreno que sean estrictamente necesarias para sus construcciones, instalaciones, equipos y trabajos. Estas zonas podrán estar dentro o fuera del área del título. Esta servidumbre de ocupación y uso de la superficie comprende la facultad de abrir y mantener canales, tongas, socavones, acceso, galerías y demás obras de minería en sus diversas modalidades y sistemas de extracción, así como las inherentes al goce de las demás servidumbres. El interesado podrá establecer cercas y otros elementos de señalamiento y protección de las zonas ocupadas.
