REPRESENTACION DE LOS CONSORCIADOS. Si en el documento consorcial o en uno posterior se acordare que para todos los efectos relacionados con el título minero, constituyen un representante del consorcio, se entenderá que representa a todos sus firmantes y en consecuencia, las comunicaciones y notificaciones a dicho representante se presumen de derecho, hechas a todos los integrantes del Consorcio mientras esté inscrito el mencionado documento en el Registro Minero.
