FONDO CONSORCIAL. Los integrantes del consorcio podrán formar un fondo consorcial con contingentes de dinero o con bienes determinados el cual se aplicará exclusivamente a la exploración y explotación minera y al beneficio y transformación de minerales. Este fondo podrá ser perseguido por los acreedores de los integrantes del consorcio conjunta o subsidiariamente con los bienes de estos y para la efectividad de los créditos adquiridos con destino a las obras y trabajos de minería.
