FUNCIONES DEL COMINCOOP. El -Comincoop- ejercerá las siguientes funciones

Recomendar las políticas y planes para la promoción y desarrollo de cooperativas y precooperativas mineras.

Recomendar las áreas que deberá demarcar el Ministerio para desarrollar actividades mineras por parte de cooperativas y precooperativas Mineras.

Las demás que se le señalen en las normas especiales.
