CONCEPTO PREVIO AL RECONOCIMIENTO DE PERSONERIA. Con el fin de contribuir o de garantizar la viabilidad económica de las empresas cooperativas y precooperativas mineras, y de propender por la adecuada exploración y explotación de las minas, el Ministerio concepto previo al reconocimiento de la personería jurídica de estas, por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas. El Ministerio deberá emitir tal concepto dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la presentación de la solicitud. Vencido este término se entenderá que el concepto es favorable.
