PRERROGATIVAS ESPECIALES. Las sociedades a las que refiere este capítulo gozarán de

Prelación en los programas oficiales de asistencia técnica de capacitación dirigidos al sector minero.

Programas de créditos especiales con cargo a los fondos de fomento minero.

Derecho, exenciones y prerrogativas de toda clase que se hayan establecido o que se establezcan en favor de las entidades del sector cooperativo y de las personas que desarrollan actividades mineras.

Las demás que el reglamento o el Ministerio establezcan.
