COOPERATIVAS Y PRECOOPERATIVAS MINERAS. FINES. Las cooperativas y precooperativas mineras deberán propender preferencialmente entre sus fines por ordenar y racionalizar la exploración explotación de los minerales; favorecer la comercialización organizada de los productos explotados; permitir a sus asociados trabajar en forma solidaria y participativa y desarrollar sus aptitudes administrativas, promoviendo la búsqueda de soluciones a los problemas colectivos.
