NORMAS APLICABLES. Las sociedades ordinarias de minas se regirán por las disposiciones previstas en sus respectivos estatutos y en el presente Código. Los eventos no regulados por esas normas se sujetaran a las del Código Civil y en su defecto a las del Código de Comercio, en cuanto se refieran a sociedades. CAPITULOXIX.
