ACCIONES AL PORTADOR. Las sociedades ordinarias de minas podrán emitir y celebrar contratos de suscripción de acciones al portador y bonos convertibles en acciones, sólo para tal efecto se sujetarán a la inspección, vigilancia y control de la Comisión Nacional de Valores y la Superintendencia de Sociedades.
