PARTICIPACION ECONOMICA. Los municipios que perciban regalías o participaciones provenientes de explotaciones mineras a ubicadas en los territorios indígenas de que trata el artículo 124, deberán destinar los correspondientes ingresos a obras y servicios que beneficien directamente a las comunidades y grupos aborígenes asentados en tales territorios.
