AREAS INDIGENAS RESTRINGIDAS. La autoridad indígena señalará, dentro de la zona minera indígena, los lugares que no pueden ser objeto de exploraciones o explotaciones mineras por tener especial significado social y religioso para la comunidad o grupo aborigen, de acuerdo con sus creencias, usos y costumbres.
