ACUERDOS CON TERCEROS. Las comunidades o grupos indígenas que gocen de una licencia minera dentro de la zona minera indígena, podrán contratar la totalidad o parte de las obras y trabajos correspondientes, con personas ajenas a ellos. Estos contratos recuperen para su validez de la aprobación del Ministerio de Minas y Energía previo concepto favorable de la División de Asuntos indígenas del Ministerio de Gobierno.
