LICENCIA PARA DETERMINADOS MINERALES. Para la explotación de determinados minerales ubicados en las zonas indígenas que han sido asignados en forma exclusiva a un organismo descentralizado, se establecerán por parte de éste, regulaciones y acuerdos especiales con el objeto de capacitar y ocupar la mano de obra de los miembros de las comunidades o grupos indígenas asentados en dichas zonas. Estas regulaciones y acuerdos deberán ser aprobadas por el Ministerio con el concepto previo favorable de la División de Asuntos Indígenas.
