REGULACIONES TECNICAS. La exploración y explotación costeras y submarinas, se ajustarán a las normas y condiciones de orden técnico y de seguridad que se establezcan en orden a evitar, contrarrestar y mitigar las alteraciones y deterioros del medio marino y a la preservación de los demás recursos naturales. En estas materias, el Ministerio procederá en acuerdo y con la cooperación de la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria y el Instituto de Recursos Naturales Renovables -Inderena-.
