USO DE EXPLOSIVOS. El uso de explosivos en la explotación de materiales de construcción en áreas urbanas, sólo podrá hacerse previa autorización expresa, ocasional o temporal, de la autoridad local. Esta autorización contendrá la forma de manejo y uso de los explosivos.
