ARTICULO 115 . EXPLOTACIONES EN ZONAS URBANAS. La explotación de materiales de construcción de arrastre o por canteras dentro del perímetro urbano, que se autorice de conformidad con el literal a) del artículo 10 de este Código, en ningún caso podrá hacerse en las zonas declaradas como residenciales por las autoridades locales.
