MATERIALES DE CONSTRUCCION. Para los efectos de este Código, se denominan materiales de construcción las rocas y materiales pétreos generalmente usados como agregados en la fabricación de bloques y piezas de concreto, morteros, pavimentos y otras formas similares, como elementos de las construcciones. Dichos materiales tendrán por si mismo tal denominación aún en los casos en que su destino y uso efectivo no sea el aquí mencionado.
