PROCESAMIENTO Y COMERCIALIZACION DE LA SAL. Toda la sal que se elabore, empaque y comercialice para consumo humano deberá contener concentraciones de yodo y flúor en las proporciones que fije el Ministerio de Salud. Así mismo este despacho determinará las sustancias anticompactantes y antihumectantes que puedan ser utilizadas como aditivos de la sal. Los establecimientos que elaboren, empaque y comercialicen la sal para consumo humano, estarán sometidos a la inspección sanitaria y demás requisitos que establezca el citado Ministerio.
