PROPIEDAD DE LAS SALINAS. En concordancia con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3º de este Código, pertenecen a la Nación los depósitos y yacimientos de sal gema, la sal marina y las vertientes y fuentes saladas, naturales y artificiales, cuya concentración sea superior a seis grados (6 grados B) del areómetro de Beaumé, ubicados dentro del territorio nacional y los espacios marítimos sometidos a la jurisdicción nacional. Tales depósitos, yacimientos y fuentes se denominarán salinas.
