HALLAZGO EN OTRAS EXPLOTACIONES. Los exploradores y explotadores de otros minerales que con motivo de sus trabajos encuentren piedras preciosas o semipreciosas, están en la obligación de consignarlas y ofrecerlas en venta a la empresa beneficiaria; además, deberán acordar con ésta, las condiciones en que puedan continuar explotándolas en las áreas de sus títulos. La violación de lo dispuesto en este artículo será considerada como explotación ilícita de yacimiento minero, sancionada por el artículo 244 del Código Penal. CAPITULO XIII SALINAS.
