APORTE EN AREAS DE OTROS TITULOS. El aporte otorgado para explorar y explotar carbón mineral podrá hacerse también sobre áreas que estén comprendidas por títulos mineros cuyo objeto sea otro mineral. La empresa establecerá las previsiones para que sus obras y trabajos no interfieran o embaracen los de los demás explotadores. En caso de que surjan conflictos con ellos, serán resueltos por el Ministerio. CAPITULO XII PIEDRAS PRECIOSAS.
