EXPORTACION DE MINERALES RADIACTIVOS. La exportación de minerales radiactivos requerirá concepto favorable del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares el cual deberá tener en cuenta para proferirlo, las necesidades del consumo interno y el grado de procesamiento previo a que técnica y económicamente pueden ser sometidos en el país. El exportador adquirirá el compromiso de que los minerales serán utilizados exclusivamente para fines pacíficos. El Instituto podrá examinar las exportaciones de cualquier clase de material para verificar los posibles contenidos de minerales radiactivos. CAPITULO XI CARBON.
